At the foot of a great pine tree, dusted with snow and surrounded with gifts, sat a young boy name Mithras. The tears dotting his cheeks sparkled in the dawn sun, as he sobbed beneath the christmas tree.

The villagers walked by and ignored little Mithras, on their way to visit Santa Claus.

Out of sympathy, you speak to the young boy. With big brown eyes he looks up at you, like a sick puppy. He explains that, once again, there are no gifts for him here. Even though it is his birthday.

You feel sorry for little Mithras, and ask what he would like for christmas.
He tells you that more than anything in the world he would like a friend, and asks you to look around christmas island for someone his own age.

You speak to the young children on christmas island...

Girl: I'm not supposed to talk to strangers.
QL: Quick, I'd better leave before she tells the authorities.
Girl: A boy?! Ew, I don't want cooties!
QL: Mithras has cooties? Ew! Oh wait... cooties aren't real. I'll find someone else.
Girl: Waaaahhhh! Waaaaaah!
QL: Awww. I made the poor little kid cry. I could give her some candy to make her happy again. Or I could just keep all the candy for myself!
Dependant on whether you give away the candy, you get a different prize at the end.
Boy: Mithras? I'm not gonna play with that loser.
QL: What a brat.
Boy: I already have lots of friends, I don't want any more.
QL: hmm... where can i find a friend for mithras??

You step inside a derelict old barn. Two cows peer out at you from the stables...
In the middle of the barn sits a young boy... he is surrounded by gifts and riches.
JC: Oh... have you come to bring me another toy?
QL: He looks pretty sad, I wonder why? He has so many toys.
JC: Happiness doesn't come in a box... None of the other children will play with me, they think i'm a snob because of all the toys. I wish I had someone to play with...
QL: Maybe JC could be Mithras' friend! I'd better go and get Mithras.

Mithras: Y..you found me a friend??? Th..thankyou!!! I'll follow you to the barn.
QL: Take Mithras to JC

Mithras: You want me to be friends with him??? But it's his fault that everyone has forgotten about me!
QL: What does he mean?
Mithras: Just go away I don't want to talk to you ever again! And you can tell JC that he's not invited to my birthday party!!!(QQ)
JC: I never meant to upset him. It's not my fault!
QL What does he mean?
JC: When I was born, my parents didn't own a calendar. SO when I asked what my birthday was they said it was December 25th, and that's why everyone celebrated that day. But...
QL: But what?
[=olive]JC: But that wasn't true. I was actually born in September, but because my parents said that today was my birthday then everyone else thought so too. It was actually Mithras' birthday today. But everyone forgot about him.[/olive]
Mithras: JC... Now that someone knows it's my birthday today... perhaps things will be better. Maybe JC and I can be friends now.
QL: Seeing as it's both Mithras' and JC's birthday, perhaps I should organize a birthday party. I'll talk to all the children in town.

*talk to all the children in town*

Enter the barn, now decorated with guests.

The bottom of the screen says "Happy Birthday Jesus and Mithras"

JC: Thankyou for bringing me so many friends. I don't need these gifts anymore, so you may have them.
*receives gifts*
Mithras: Thankyou for making my birthday known once more, I have nothing to give you but my gratitude.
