wind cabinet is stuck

I dropped my wind cabinet to drop something into it and it is stuck. Apparently there is a bug with the light tile that does not let me click on it to pick it up. Cabinet is stuck outside area where get elina password.

can someone help me get it? i have cabinet # and screen shots of what is inside
