Ummm...
When someone posts duplicate like that, with an exact copy of their previous post... it's usually the result of a bit of lag causing a pause during posting. It's fairly common and not an issue whatsoever.
Most people recongnize this when it occurs, usually because it's happend to them before.
The best thing to do in that case is to simply ignore the extra post...
