Three red lights on the 360's ring indicator, if they happen to you it basically means you have to send Microsoft your Xbox and they'll send you a refurbished unit. Your only other options are to open it up and solder some parts back together again(which will void your warranty), or go out and buy a new console.

That sucks, I've seen quite a few people saying their Xboxes have been getting the rrod recently, I think I'm getting close to having my 4th as well.
