Alright folks. This is for those that ask Admins, in game, for things or for help. This thread is to answer most of those questions in one fell swoop.
Q: I've entered the wrong password, and can no longer log in!!
A: After multiple attempts at entering a password that is NOT correct, the server will temporarily ban you. This ban is not permanent, and only lasts a few hours, or a day at most.
Q: I'm Locked/Banned! WHY?!
A: Congratulations. You've done something to warrant this. But many players don't know why this has occured. If you wish to know why you were locked or banned, email support

Q: I am stuck in a black screen and can't move!
A: Relax. This just means that the map you are on is glitched in some way. This is one of the few reasons you should IM an Admin, other than an emergency. Inform an online Admin as soon as possible about the problem. They will warp to you and fix the glitch.
Note: Some map glitches require no one to be on the map. If this happens, the Admin will warp you to another map. It is in your best interest to stay off the map that was glitched until the Admin says it's OK.
Q: Help! AMIN! SOMEONE STOLE MY ITEMS!
A: Inform an online OFFICER about the situation. They will investigate the situation and if needed, inform an Admin to investiage further. A word of caution though. Do NOT trade in any form other than the trade system and do NOT drop your items if you don't want to risk them being stolen. For Cabinets and Crates, drop these far from players while you drop items into them. Make sure a player can't shove you out of the way and take it, even if this means going to an isolated area.
If someone is stealing your Fish or crops, inform an Officer and they'll take the proper actions.
Q: OMG! THIS GUY IS CURSING ME IN IM/LOCAL CHAT! MUTE HIM!
A: Harrasement is against the Terms of Service of Terraworld. Inform an officer of the situation. Again, the officer will investiage and if needed, intervene. If you can't wait or there are no officers online use the /ignore command. This prevents you from seeing the chat of the player and from getting his/her IM's.
Ex: /ignore Letalis would ignore me(though, being an admin, it wouldn't work.)
Q: I'm lost on this quest! Can you help?
A: The only staff members allowed to help with quests are the Officers, though good luck with that. Most Officers are busy with other things. The best thing I can advise is to either continue with the quest unaided or to ask for help in Broadcast. The forums are a good resource as well.
Q: Admin, can I buy
A: No. Don't even bother to ask. The Admins are not vending machines and it is against the rules for an Admin to give a player ANYTHING other than a prize from a contest they're holding.
Q: Alright then. Can you buy my stuff?

Q: Can you warp me to
A: Unless you are stuck due to a mapping error or glitch, the answer is no. Don't even ask otherwise.
Q: Where can I buy
A: This isn't something to IM an Admin about. I suggest looking on the forums or asking in Broadcast. You can ask an Officer though. Most will be willing to help you with that.
Q: I've got ##
A: Ask this in broadcast or on the forums. Though if you're on main, chances are that you'll be told to train on Ghosts. Ghosts are found in Antwerp and requires you to do a quest to get to it.(2 quests, if you can't get to Reet yet.)
Q: AGH!
A: Calm down. This just means you've reached the level cap for this skill. First, check which Faction you are in. Slash, Thrust, Heavy Arms, Swordsmanship and Fencing have a level cap of 50 unless you are in the Warrior Faction.
Water(can't be leveled yet at all), Fire, Blessing, Magery, Sorcery, Black Arts, Unholy Combat, Earth, Illusion, Wizardry, Staff Fighting and Wrath can only be leveled to 30 unless you are in the Mage Faction.
Please also note that some skills can only reach a certain level depending on your Intelligence stat.

If you still have a question or problem, feel free to ask an Online officer, in broadcast or make a post in the respective forum. 9 times out of 10 you will get the help you need. If your problem still can't be fixed you need to email support
. You won't get an instant reponse but you will be helped.
Please, try to remember that the Admins are busy trying to make Terra a better place. Just because they aren't doing anything in front of you doesn't mean they aren't doing something important. Please try to ask someone else before asking an Admin. We'd love to help you all, but we simply can't. We have things that have to get done for you guys to enjoy and we can't do that if we're helping everyone that sends us an IM.
If you do choose to IM an Admin, I ask only one thing. Explain EVERYTHING in your first few IM's. Don't wait for the Admin to respond. I can't count the many times that I've recieved IM's saying "hello" and nothing more, only to have the player complain that I didn't answer him.
Emailing Support Guidelines
Please be very descriptive of the problem. Make sure to include your account name and where it happened(just the town will suffice, though if you can, tell us what particular area it happened in.) and what you were doing when it happened. This will go a long way in helping us figure out how to fix it.
One last thing. Please use the contact form for Support. Otherwise the email gets lost in the spam box.
