OK, a while ago, I asked for help in the Technical Support forum, it was ignored, so I asked in this forum, only one person replied and was no help (no offence) now my problem is that I cannot log in, further details can be found by following the link below, I would like help, but I also need to know whether or not it is a fixable problem, if not then I can start posting under my new account to get some money as it would be pointless feeding a dead account...

If it was banned I assume it would tell me that I was banned instead of saying that character name is taken...

No, I believe that the game has logged two characters of the same name. A stolen account would not give that message, I assume. I have created a new account and this name MagusValent, is never online on the game when I am on this other account and I always try this account first.
