Eclipse is one of Accora's old guilds...however Accora, as many know, is charbanned. There's maybe 3 members of Eclipse who still play, yet we're still in 5th (lololol).
Would it be possible for an admin to abdicate the guild's control to someone else, with the original owner's (Julian's) approval, or is the guild doomed to die a slow, painful death due to the charbanning?

Accoras characters were on couple of days ago, and the person on the characters said it was him, but I don't know.

Personally, I don't know if guild should be abdicated. It was his responsibility, however, his guild mates had nothing to do with the cup duping, so I'm pretty much neutral.

I'm just gonna have to go with what Sumwun said and agree that guild leaders are responsible for their guilds. If they get banned, then oh well. Guilds shouldn't even be abdicated to the next person, because usually whoever is trying to get control of the guild just wants him/herself to be the leader.
IF the leader of a guild is ban the guild will; not be abdicated to anyone else; sit there forever; not be bought or traded. The guild hall also can not be traded or sold. If you are the leader of a guild and plan to get ban, abdicate it first. Other wise it will be lost to the terra gods.
This is one of the things thats brought me away from this game,
WL is THEE most successful guild ever, its also the oldest guild with any members in it, tito was banned for a *** ass reason even tho he doesnt care cuz this game is a peice of *beep* and a waste of time, but being banned for posting on the forums is just hurtin, and i asked if the guild could be abdicated to me or kim or watever but they wont, the oldest most successful guild they have is now officially dieing, and its really, really, ***. Ill bet that the old staff of terra, the people who were on to help and gave a *beep*, would definatly give WLs to me or Eclipse to whoever, but the thing is, the staff blows, the game blows, there isnt any players anymore, and tom doesnt seem to care anymore either. I log on and dont see one name i recognize, how are you supposed to keep a game alive if you dont keep any older players around, look at terra now, theres never more than 40 players on, none of them have played for more than a month, and it sucks.

I wish you could give guilds to others after the leader is ban... but the problem would come up like the other members would be pissy if someone they didn't want to have the guild got it or if they wanted it and it would start a war. However, in the case of the warlords i think leader ship should go to LordK. He has been with them through everything. Accora's guild would prolly go to fally. I mean it wouldn't be hard. Warlords was number one for a long time. So why can't a new leader be abdicated, if the surviving members voted on a new leader? LOL damn I hate the thought process haha.
What about the yakuza that was a good guild, i'm still in it? Who would that go to?
Sorry that I'm being harsh, but it was Accora's choice to dupe golden cups. All guild leaders are responsible for their guild, and he is old enough in real life (or is he?) and as a player to know that for every action, there is a consequence.
