Really weird thing happened

So I'm leveling my lumberjacking on Noob and then this guy enters the screen. He doesnt have an axe or anything and he just walks over to me and right when he enters the square adjacent to me my game disconnects. I have not been able to reconnect since. It probably is a coincidence, but I can't help thinking that the guy was a hacker or something. I didn't get his name unfortunatly. If he is a hacker he sure picked a stupid person to hack tho... I've only been playing for ~3 days.

Oh and since I joined the game there has been something thats prevented me from playing on three different occasions (DoS, this, and another thing). Is seems to me that there are some people out there who are deliberatly trying to destroy this game. For those people I have a message: I can't claim that I know what you have against Terra, or against Tom or anyone else. I'm just a guy trying to enjoy his nights and weekends fooling around on a silly little free game. If you have a problem please take it up with the owner and staff and leave us innocents out of it.

I figured they didn't, but that doesn't change the fact that I cannot connect and that some weird dude happened to deliberatly walk up to me the very second I was disconnected.

Er I don't mean to sound rude, I'm just frustrated.

I THINK it's your internet, not a hacker. Maybe that person is just strange and was pushing you, and that extra load on your internet might have made you disconnect. I lag pretty bad when there's another person in the same map as me. But, I could be wrong.

Yeah its possiable, infact probable that the problem is on my end. I have had online problems in the past and the fact that its not working on either of the computers in my house supports the theory that it's my problem. I suppose I'm just jumping to conclusions since it seems like every other thread on the forum is about hackers attacking the server. It's just really weird since the game had worked for like and hour and a half before disconnecting. Well anyway I'm sure I'll figure it out since you guys are pretty sure its no hacker.

There was a DoS going on, maybe the guy was in the wrong place at the wrong time and just happened when he was a few tiles away.

Well I went and fooled around with my router settings and I fixed the problem on my end so I'm back in. I acctually ran into the guy later and it turns out he was just new and wanted some cash. So yeah it was all just a strange coincidence.
