I was just wonder why are so many people quitting these days? Terra is a great game! People should think this through and remember all the good times. Make sure that you know that there will probably be more ot these "oh those were good times...good times..." to come if you continue playing! But...I guess people have their reasons. Or is it me? Ever since I started playing I see so many people quitting! :?
I might be quitting as well, even though i have only been playing for almost a month. I have found more other fun activities like hanging out with friends, signing up for sports programs. All that recreational monkey poop things. Don't just sit on your computer all day. Get some fresh air

You don't have to play terra all day. I don't see why people totally quit, why don't they just play less. :?:

It all depends on the person, some ppl just quit for a while, some play less, some quit for good..

I think that its a chain effect, when one person quits, their friend quits because they quit, then they friends quit, and so on. This goes on forever until one person decides to make the bold move and not quit.

I just happened to join myself as people were quiting, so it does not effect me at all. I personaly enjoyed FSO for a while before quiting ((actualy it was since FSO was going pay, which for how "bad" it is, was not the best idea)) and this caught my eye as being free.

Lol, I quit because I became a Vile Murderer (from no fault of my own, I was wielding a Blacksmithing Hammer for godsake) and I couldn't afford to become unvile again, yes I didns't have 1400 Gold. Although, maybe 10 months later (?) I started to play again. Oh, if only I hadn't quit, I would be up in the Elite Players. (Back then I was 700 Score, 10 months of playing, would definitely be around up to 2300+)

well the annoying thing is that when some people quit they tell others to quit aswell, iv heard too often when players quit them trying to get everyone else to quit because they have found a "better game", usually its not better its just a novelty... people should stick to their games, especially online versions like Terraworld because they are being constantly changed and updated...

Like silvercharmer said, people need to find a balance, otherwise everyone will end up too stressed, its great there are games like this for people to play on for free as it means people can get away from the hassles of life every now and then!

Anyway, rant over

I quit Terra for a while... I didn't really PLAN to quit, I just kind of stopped coming. That was about 9 months ago I think. I didn't quit for any particular reason, I guess I just needed a break. You said that people quit because they can't handle their hectic schedule? That's not necessarily true. As of now, I have summer school 5 hours a day, I work pretty much every other day, I have cheer practice, community service, and pretty soon I'll be starting soccer back up. When I go back to school, I'm gonna be taking an AP english class and political science - where we have "mock trial" and go to competitions and stuff. We're going to do competition for cheer this year as well... So I'm going to be busy as hell! So far, I've been able to juggle all that AND my social life AND go to parties on the weekends. But then again, not all people can do that. >.>

I haven't been around as much for personal reasons.

I'm starting to play more again.
