ive been looking for the posion helm and armor but i couldnt find it and ive had some help looking for it and we found out that the entrance to it isnt there anymore, is there any way now to get it?

I'm pretty sure that you're actually looking for Nordic Armor and Helm, and not poison. The Poison helm is for sale from an NPC in Larcenia, whereas the armor is a donation item.
As for Nordic, the entrance should still be there, but I'll check on this later.
