Well I was thinking since there is Poison helm/armor/boots what if there was a quest for the Shield and sword. It could start in reet with a frog and it say *Can I tell you something?* Then the quest log comes up saying talk to the frog again if you trust him. Then it says *Somewhere in larcenia there is a man who discovered a way to make poison weapons but he didn't want anyone to know about it so he hid the poison sword and shield somewhere in larcenia And I need you to find it.* So you go to larcenia and you find the guy (not sure where he would be) but he is crazy and you start to fight the man and once you kill him you get the sword and shield. It wouldn't cost anything and it wouldn't be to long. The quest could go something like this yes I know it needs some adjustments but that can be worked out.

Could use the existing "poison frog" in larcenia where you buy the helm and you can sell the rest of the poison gear.

Hmmm sounds good but it would be a little to easy for 2 pieces to a set.It should have more parts to it and it should be an optional quest where you could decide to either kill the guy in Larcenia for a piece of the poison set or kill the frog in reet for a different item...
I dunno how it would work but it would take some planning from the admins and I would also suggest a new town or something wrather than Larcenia for the quest to end.This way we are releasing a new town with the new item.I don't even know if there is a poison shield and sword lol.
I would also think if there is the shield and sword for the set it will probably be released on the new project island.I will have a talk with Arma about it and see what he says.
