I see a lot of people talking about they can't sign on and what not.

So I'm going to detail how you can fix this..

Windows FireWall will never not allow you to connect to this game so never turn this off.

If your pc comes with like MaCaBee or a real Anti-Virus System, these things aren't much of a good thing, because they are only Trial Versions unless you've bought the real thing, So you can most likly turn them off. What people don't know is that these trail versions will say you have all kinds of viruses but in truth you don't, they just want you to purchase there's or another protection program it's how they make money..

If you have Vista and can't Login you need to Right Click on Terra and Click Run as Administrator and Click Allow this and you can play.

Anit-Virus systems will pick this game up as a threat because it's picking up everyone's connection to the game, so it won't allow it for security reasons, But it's not a threat at all. In no wayy can other players get into your pc thru this game!

So just disable your virus protection while you play.. Viruses should not be able to come thru Terra because this game has good security on it. But some computers are weird with the whole Anit-Virus thing..So just look at a few things. If at anytime you turn your Anti-Virus Programs off please make sure you cut them back on after doing what you have to do. I don't want to feel reasponsible for Virsu issues!!

I hope this helps some... Remember Vista user Right Click and Click Run as Admin only way to play it...

"Disconected! If this keeps heppening please check the latest news on

My antivirus system is turned off and i'm not sure what the problem is, any advice would be appreciated.

The usual advice given to these posts is to try re-installing, or try downloading the .zip file instead. So, I guess maybe try that.

You're not banned by any chance are you? When I was banned it only ever gave me a disconnected message.

Though I don't think it will work since you're getting disconnected.
