Who agrees that new towns might bring back old players and new monsters?
Who agrees that new towns might bring back old players and new monsters?
Just trying to help
They are not easy to do, especially when we come up with quests as original and unique as the ones we have.
The quest for Larcenia wasn't very original, and didn't have much thought into making it (just mazes and buying a scroll). Heres one for Badona: this one guy outside the bridge to Badona needs a spiffy little Star Sword, and says this one guy, who lives in a remote place of Larcenia, makes them. When you get to the guy, he says he wants a Bowmaster's Ring. He then explains that occasionally you can find a Dragon Hatchling that carries one. The drop rate for the ring is at least 1/200.
I like that idea bob.
Actually, new towns are on the recent horizon. Several, as a matter of fact. And not just uber high level towns either.

Actually, I meant as in he will only give you the sword for a price, with the price being a Bowmaster's Ring. Also, the sword gets smithed with a Chunk of Star
As I said in another thread.....
In order to release new islands, we need to map quests. They are not easy to do, especially when we come up with quests as original and unique as the ones we have.
We also need to make new NPC's for the island, and sort out what new items will be there, where to get them, etc, etc. We need to go through every map to make sure it's done properly, we need to place monsters everywhere they are needed....
There's alot to think about and alot to do, so just be patient.
