New Client and Shockwave problem

it keeps telling me that i need shockwave 8.5.. and i've downloaded, and redownloaded it a few times to make sure i have it.. but every time i try and run terra it tells me that i need shockwave 8.5... anybody know what i need to do

Did you install via the zip or the exe download?
