If you unlocked Secret City before it was taken out, then I see no reason you should not be able to land at the trade camp or the docks. However, if you have not unlocked it, then you won't be able to land in those locations. This is an error on my part. I overlooked the fact that the Secret City Airship Activates that city and the surrounding areas of Antwerp. I'll take care of this today.
