Trade Market
Where players can put items up to sell and it can be sold offline. Someone did post quite a good description on this, but I cannot find the post, if you know where it is please post.

Trading Forums
Forums that are just dedicated to trading items, since the thread can get messy. Suggested by Ohfudge here

Mutes
When you are muted and someone IM’s you, it replies back that that player is muted. Suggested by Micknash here

Hairdresser
It has been suggested countless times. It should be implemented so that you can change your hairstyle.

Donation NPC
An NPC that you can sell your donations to. Suggested by Cajun here

High Scores
Basically keep the high score ladder clean of inactive characters. Suggested by Benadams here

XP Bar
Has also been suggested countless times. Basically have another bar below your stamina bar that tells you what experience you still need. Suggested by KingZeus here

Mail
When you log on, you receive a message saying you have mail if any was sent to you while you were offline. Suggested by Cbeam here

Events starting automatically. Here

Train/Mass Transit
Faster way of traveling – trains between towns. Here Here

Basically stand a chance to catch something else other than fish.
