Golems. Tried to use a different shading style than I usually do. Multiple colors and the blank also. Let me know what u think. Constuctive criticism welcome.

the first two are nice
I think the eye features stick out a little bit too much, though

You mind if I mess with these?

Hmm.. not sure what to make of these.
The first 2 are my favourites in any case, the outline seems a little too dark on the arms though, and for the ice one the outline is definately too dark.
I also agree with daggerguy again, the eye's do kinda just pop out a lil' too much.. try using a darker shade in the eyes or play around with a few colours.
The mouth also seems a little too flat aswell its well just a line =/, try do something with that.. really not sure though.

The gritty shading is a nice change but theres something about the golems which seems a bit wrong.. :/, I think it just seem's a little plain thats all but I really dont have a clue what you could add to it. Maybe some shackles on the wrists or something on that idea? Sorry I cant help more there.

The arms seem to stick out a little bit too much aswell, try changing the shape of the shoulders so there a bit more smooth going down rather than sticking out so much.

Try and use a few of these suggestions cause imo it would improve them alot. Smile

I somewhat like the way the arms stick out, it makes it look overly buff by comparison. Also, if you were to give it a heavy, swinging gait, it would look well animated.
Agree, it wouldn't hurt to dampen the outline, and it does look a little plain. But it's not like it needs to be flashy to be acceptable, no?

I like this one, IMO

I like them all except the last one. How about a Lava Golem?

I think it works. (Bear with me, my animating is sloppy)

It's good but it needs to be slower.

The eyes are supposed to glow, thats why I made em yellow.
He's sposed to be BIG it's a golem...not gollum, the emaciated former hobbit. I will fix the outline on the ice golem and try a lava golem in a bit. Also will try adding something to em so they arent so plain.

Lmao, yeah I know there golems not gollums >.>
I didn't say anything about the size its just the arms seem a lil' square, I know it gives that "hench" feeling but try with the shoulder shape a little bit and you'll see what I mean.
And for the eyes, If thats what you like.

Yea much better. It gives that feeling that he's big and heavy. Golems should have that feeling.
