atleast 1 year since i could log on anyone help?

Edit: k so iv last played in about 1 year and 30 weeks since scott locked my account skyeler

now i asked about my account a while back and i got an email saying that it was unlocked

but i cant log on anyone help ?

Edit: i also cant make any new accounts

Edit: this is so we dont beat around the bush
1. i cant log on
2. i cant create a new account
3. i have windows firewall turned off
4. i have my 2nd firewall allowing TWO to connect to the internet
5. i have just downloaded the newest client
6. i am running vista
7. i click run as admin
8. i have installed it into the d:/ drive like i was instructed
9. am i ip banned?

Sadly, Arual is wrong. This

Sadly, Arual is wrong. This account I'm currently posting on was IP Banned. It seems forum bans were not completely carried over during the migration. However, unless your default drive (the drive Windows is installed on) is D:\ then you need to install it to your C:\, preferably in the Program Files folder. If that does not fix your problem, submit a support ticket.

Yes as Arma said Make sure

Yes as Arma said Make sure its installed to your default drive.. most pcs its c:/ bcuz for most pcs your d:/ holds all your OS stuff which cannot access the internet. (i believe) So try reinstalling it to your c:/Program Files.

i was instructed directly from one of the team admins to install it in D:/
but il try installing it in c:/

nope dont work installing it in C:/ drive

You are both IP and Serial

You are both IP and Serial banned. Now I'm not exactly sure of the reason why, but I will look into having these bans removed.
